Founder and Director of Adaptation, Lara has over 20 years’ experience driving sustainable change across the private sector, government and the community. 

Her professional experience in practical sustainability encompasses sustainability strategy and implementation, corporate responsibility, stakeholder engagement, resource efficiency, waste management and secondary market development. 

When not at work Lara is running around after her two little ones serving as a creative art director, surfing coach, OzTag assistant, chef and personal assistant
